2Way Supply FREE TRIAL Agreement

The company entered on this form agrees to participate in a 10-day trial of two (2) 2Way Radios, as designated below. It is agreed that these radios, earpieces, belt clips and chargers are to be used under normal office conditions and not exposed to any type of abuse or external use. Any items returned in damaged condition due to the trial (not shipping) will result in 2Way Supply charging the supplied credit card for the item(s) damaged. (normal wear and tear is expected) Company agrees to pay return shipping on all the aforementioned items upon immediate completion of the 10-day trial. It is also agreed that failure to promptly return all trial items after 10 days from receipt of items will allow 2Way Supply to charge the supplied credit card for missing items.

In order to activate the trial, Company must contact 2Way Supply via email on the day items arrive.
